Great place for Italian, they got good tasting pizza, cold cut sandwich is great, has lots of Italian dish options. Only downfall is parking is kinda tight but besides that it's a great place. Great prices too.

Always great eats at Maria's. I had the small spaghetti with meat sauce dinner for lunch. Their sandwiches are splendid.

Love the godfather and godmother subs. Their pizza is good and have for years. Take out or sitdown never disappoints.

Sadly, I had to leave Santa Clarita. Everything I ever ordered here has been fantastic. We even ordered from Maria's for the food for my son's wedding. And the family that owns it are wonderful and friendly, keeping the high standards that have kept the locals loyal.

Authentic New York Style Italian Deli

Not as good as it used to be. They have no set hours..they close up at random times.signs posted ...slow so we closed early?...how do they expect to stay in business? They have screwed up my orders 6 out of 10 times.

This deli and pizza place has been in the city of Santa Clarita since 1973. I love buying olives there and other.

This place has horrible customer service. The food is great, but make sure you have an hour and a half of your time to spare. The new owner doesn’t care about YOU and takes forever to get an order together. She yelled to the employees telling them “we’re low on people, they’re just gunna have to wait.” And I did, I waited an hour and a half to get my order that I called in. Very unorganized and did not know how to satisfy their customers. I don’t know how many people asked where their food was, but it was A LOT.

One of my fav spots for pizza. Got there near seven, it wasn't very crowded. The bill was appropriate for the quality. They have a lot of positive reviews for a reason.

This was my first time here. The food was absolutely delicious. If you like Italian food, skip Olive Garden and go to Maria's instead. I ordered the Lasagna with two meat balls. I usually don't like the Lasagna super saucy but I loved this one.

The pasta is not very good, the pizza was ok but they put way too much garlic. The lasagna tasted frozen was by no means fresh. Wasn't impressed was hoping for a good Italian meal

Used their catering service to order a giant sandwich, shallow antipasto salad tray and half lasagna tray. I requested the sandwich be cut up for ease of handling. The order was due by noon, i showed up at 11:40 so i did wait while they completed the finishing touches. The sandwich was excellent served in two round covered trays with salami and olive florets as decorative garnish. The lasagna was very good. The antipasto salad was also excellent. Everything was packaged for ease of transport. More food than i needed, everyone was well fed and even took home some plates. Manny was in charge, very cordial and so concerned about security that he ensured i got back my credit card information back so i knew it wasn't left floating around the restaurant. Overall an excellent experience, one i would recommend and will use again in the future.

Give the new owners here a real chance to succeed. They're doing their best to get a handle on taking over the business that was ran a very specific way. Week by week they're doing better.Excellent pizza. Been coming here for over 20 years. Even the next day in the microwave it taste great. Garlic basil mozzarella and tomato sauce

Not good people. They send goons out to harass handicapped people for parking in handicapped parking spots.

Well below average. Very cheap with the toppings. Crust was so-so.

I really wish I could give it 1 star so people won't go so that the line doesn't get any longer at lunch and dinner. This is the best pizza in l.a . We have been challenged by many that say they know the best pizza spot . And we always win ,quite simply by telling them to try Maria's first and if it's not better we will buy . Many a free pizza has been won through the years . Thank you to Bruno and your mother for providing the greatest pizza and sandwiches. Dont go racing to raise the prices because the area is getting wealthier, us poor average folk still need you . Amazing food great family atmosphere

We are visiting from out of town and just had a fantastic lunch here. Killer menu choices, comfortable restaurant, very friendly employees and their draft beer prices have to be seen to be believed. I am definitely coming back to Maria's the next time we are down here.

Everything's fresh here - always! Be careful when ordering anything "large" because even the "small" things are pretty big.

Always seems like they are selling the bread not what goes between the slices .

They have a roast beef sandwich they put French fries on toasted garlic bread with! So good! The veggie sandwich is AMAZING! They've been there forever and it's family owned which I love to support👍 always great food!

This place has allot to improve in regards of organization and customer service. Love the prosciutto sandwich. But they take forever and never get the side orders correct... Sad... Nice ingredients but no one to do the right thing when it comes to customer service. And not so clean if you pay attention to the tables and chairs...

The aroma in the deli alone is worth 5 stars. Everything I have tried was very good. The turkey sandwich is awesome. I love the chicken parmesan sandwich. The pizza is worth it and better than every chain pizza. My favorite thing is the bread knots.

Tasty food and good service.

Have been going here for years. Was very surprised today when the women behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in the door. She kept her back to us for a few minutes while working, then finally spoke to us when she was ready. Poor customer service 101. I always get the same sandwich. Today it was pretty dry. Half the sandwich had no dressing or condiments on it. Hope this community favorite is not going down hill. Will probably go back at least one more time, but if we receive a repeat experience, that will be it for us. Hope the management reads this and implements some training for his/her cashier and food prep staff.

This place isn’t the same since that old bag Maria isn't there anymore. No more free refills what is up with that?

Found this Gem of a place!! Right off the freeway; easy lunch if traveling; long time classic Italian Deli; delicious. Public park on right headed torwards freeway, great for a picnic

Mangia Bene here. Wow!!! this is the best Italian deli in Southern California. I had the Godmother Italian cold cut sandwich, just like my Grandma Binki Rabuffo used to make me in Brooklyn NY. I think the best real Italian style sandwich in los Angeles. Roasted red peppers in it. Capicolla, aged provalone, supresseta, proclutto. The Itaian wine vinegar they use is unbelievable!!! Dina-Marie really took care of us. We travel all over town in the film biz and this is the best. Huge sandwiche, I can't believe I ate the whole thing. I couldn't stop eating it was so good.

I tried the Godmother (cold sandwich), and it was excellent. This restaurant was recommended to me by a Newhall local. He basically said “everything is good there”. So I’ll be back to try the spaghetti, lasagna, and pizza.

Store bought sauce, cheap quality cheese. I asked for thin crust it was not. Dough was not good quality either. Falls under pizza hut and dominos quality.
